Cycling is very good for you: for your body and mind. It keeps you healthy and gives you freedom, literally and figuratively. Additionally, it is also a lot better for the environment than, for example, taking the car. Is cycling really 100% good for everyone? Unfortunately, no. The production of bicycles and a lot of cycling clothing is generally not sustainable at all.. Club V is convinced that cycling clothing can go hand in hand with a clean and healthy world. In everything they do, they aim to minimize the impact on the environment.

Fair trade: The cycling clothing is made in a workshop in the Czech Republic under fair working conditions. Club V pays an annual visit to this studio, which is a fun and lively place. The people are friendly and quiet and the studio is pleasant and clean. The employees receive a living wage.

Environmentally friendly: The clothing is made from recycled materials, such as the lightweight recycled Econyl® fabric from Italy. The ink they also use is water-based. Furthermore, Club V is conscious of transport: they only transport from the Czech Republic to the Netherlands a few times a year  and they work with bicycle couriers to the buyers. The packaging material is made from recycled paper.

Locally produced: The cycling clothing is made within Europe in the Czech Republic with material from Italy.
