This ethical shoulder bag is made of natural and black jute, handwoven in a zig zag motif. The bag closes with a flap with a magnetic button. This shoulder bag has a black cotton lining with an internal zipped compartment.

Jute is a sustainable material; it is strong and lasts a long time. It’s friendly for the environment because it doesn’t need pesticides or fertiliser.

Our ethical shoulder bag is made in Bangladesh by a fair trade certified organisation. We share our love of jute and work with them on our jute bags. They create fairly paid work and provide training opportunities for underprivileged women. They’re active both in the capital Dhaka and in the rural villages of Bangladesh.
