Nehme 2 Tropfen der ätherischen Ölmischung in deine Finger oder Hand. Vermeide den direkten Kontakt der Pipette mit der Haut. 3 x täglich sanft in die Füße und/oder den Solarplexus einreiben. Vermeide direktes Sonnenlicht oder UV Strahlen für bis zu 12 Stunden nach der Anwendung. Geeignet für alle ab 6 Jahren.
