Reins Clothing is a fun and beautiful brand for sustainable kids clothing. For Reins, the most important aspect of sustainability is ‘closing the loop’: reusing what already exists and turning what was waste into beautiful wares. A small crew in the UK is working on small collections together with local illustrators. The brand works with recycled polyester, recycled cotton and organic cotton. While they are still in their start-up phase, Reins buys their items from a Belgian company using sustainable materials. These shirts, jumpers, coats and bags are then printed with water-based screen printing in the UK. Eventually, they hope to build their own efficient and sustainable system to do what they do now by themselves and on a larger scale.
