You can use our Folder as an actual “folder” for your items; we designed it with a front pocket so you can add any notebooks, pens, or other small items that you want to carry along with you. As with all Up-fuse creations, the Folder laptop case is made out of sustainable and recycled materials to minimize your ecological footprint.

Each plastic sheet we use as part of our upcycling process is unique, making each of our pieces one of a kind just like their owners. Enjoy your individualized purchase!

Up-fuse has the slogan "nothing is ever wasted", and they bring this into reality by making beautiful products from recycled and upcycled material. They are located in Cairo, Egypt and work with local artisans, and NGO's to create bags, accessories and clothing.

Fair trade: Up-fuse works with their own team of local artisans that they employ and with three local NGO's: Manshiyat Nasser, Al Noor Wal Amal, and Saw Rebina. They ensure good working conditions within their own team of local artisans by visiting the workshops every week. A part of the production takes place in the same place as their office.

Via the NGO Manshiyat Nasser, Up-Fuse provided a stable income and flexible working hours for hard-working wives and mothers.

Via the NGO Al Noor Wal Amal, Up-Fuse employs women with visual impairment and gives them non-burdening tasks.

Via the NGO Sawa Rebina, Up-Fuse employs refugees.

Environmentally friendly: The products are made from recycled and upcycled material. They use upcycled plastic bags, recycled plastic bottles, and upcycled tires. Up-fuse works closely with the garbage collectors of the Manshiyat Nasser Landfill. These are garbage workers that manage to recycle 80% of their daily collected garbage.

For the apparel, Up-Fuse uses GRS certified fabrics made from recycled polyester and cotton.

The packaging is 100% recyclable.

Vegan: All products are free of animal products.

Good cause: Up-fuse works with many NGO's and helps combat the garbage problem.
