Our knitter from China is audited by the Fair Wear Foundation and is a real family business. The parents of the owner work in the canteen and the aunt packs the finished products. Using the latest machinery, he has been making fine fully fashioned knitted products for us since 2016. The proximity to the raw material and the excellent quality of the production facility convince us very much during our personal visits - together we prove that "Made in China" can also be different.

Our material blend of cotton and silk combines the best properties of both natural fibers. The light sheen of silk makes the colors shine and gives the material blend a luxurious character. Light warmth and flattering smoothness act like a relaxing cure for the skin.

This item is completely CO₂-neutralized. Together with the experts from ClimatePartner, we determine the CO₂ emissions caused during production and offset them by supporting a carbon offset project.

Lanius is a brand founded in 1999 by Claudia Lanius with a clear vision to bring ecological materials and fair working conditions together to create beautiful feminine items. Lanius stands for LOVE FASHION / THINK ORGANIC / BE RESPONSIBLE and you can see that in their clothing.

Fair Trade: Lanius works only with facilities where they can guarantee fair production. They have a close relationship with all of them, and most of their suppliers are GOTS certified. They are very transparent and have a page dedicated to all their suppliers on their website, so you can see who made your clothing.

Environmentally Friendly: The clothes are made from GOTS certified organic cotton grown in an eco-friendly manner, organic and mulesing-free wool and ECONYL ® 100% regenerated nylon yarn made from recycled fishing nets. They also use other sustainable materials and have a page dedicated to all their materials on their website if you want to learn other eco-friendly materials.
