None of our clothes contain polyester, nylon, or any other unsustainable man-made fibres, ensuring that micro plastics don’t end up in the sea. But that’s just the start. Below is a list of credentials that this product adheres to:

• high quality, certified bio material used in varietal purity and thus recyclable
• yarn dyed with non-toxic water based dyes
• enhanced biodegradability, recyclable fabric
• manufactured according to highest ecological and social standards in a small family business

Eco-friendly: Of the Oceans is, you guessed it, committed to healthy oceans. The brand is plastic-free and uses materials such as hemp, GOTS-certified organic cotton, bamboo and wool.

The fabrics are dyed in a zero-discharge dyehouse, where all the water is recycled in a closed-loop system.

Fair production: The clothes are made in factories that have either been assessed as a leader by the Fair Wear Foundation or that carry a Fairtrade certificate.

Good cause: 5% of every purchase is donated to marine conservation charities.
