Brand: La Luna Rose

La Luna Rose is a sustainable jewellery brand from New Zealand. Founder Rosie calls herself a "gipsy for life". She designs jewellery for bon vivants around the world who live, laugh and celebrate love. Her jewellery is made from 99% recycled silver and thus contributes to a circular future. In addition to recycled silver, organic cotton, ramie, linen are used. The paint is on a vegetable basis. The products are made in a few small workshops in Bali, run by Balinese families. Ethical working conditions are very important to La Luna Rose, which is reflected in wages and the possibility of combining family life with work.

La Luna Rose wants to continue recycling as many materials as possible. That is why they hope to launch a buy-back system in 2020 whereby old jewellery can be donated so that La Luna Rose can recycle these metals and gemstones. In addition, the gain of the weight of the metals is returned to the planet through a donation. From the annual sale, La Luna Rose donates a part to charity: 1% for the planet, Take 3 for the Sea and Sustainable Coastlines.
