The Balancing Toner regulates the skin’s delicate pH balance and is an essential part of your daily skincare routine. Using floral waters and apple cider vinegar, this alcohol-free formula softens the skin, refines pores and evens out skin tone. The Balancing Toner contains floral waters of rose, cornflower and witch hazel that all cleanse, calm and hydrate your skin. Apple cider vinegar restores the skin’s delicate pH balance to help prevent inflammation and the build up of impurities. Lemon balm also calms and tightens the skin.
