Brand: The Dutch brand Alchemist combines luxury fashion with an ethical lifestyle. They make high-end fashion, under fair working conditions and from sustainable fabrics. The brand believes sustainable clothes feel right and they are always aiming to be more sustainable. 

Fair Trade: Producing ethically is important to the Alchemist brand. Since 2016 they have only been working with factories that have one or more certifications such as BSCI, FWF, SA8000 and GOTS. They produce 80% in Portugal, 5% in Macedonia and the remaining 15% in Delhi, India. In addition, since 2015 they have employed someone who is only working on making the brand more sustainable.

Local Production: Alchemist products are made within Europe.

Environmentally Friendly: To reduce their CO2 emissions, they produce within Europe as much as possible. The brand works with natural materials such as Tencel, Modal (from Austrian beechwood), GOTS certified organic cotton and recycled fabrics.
