Short description

Beautify this cocooning design oversized men’s cardigan in easy to wear blue dark color - with an arc embroidery design.

It features a repurposed reversible and detachable collar made from preloved and vintage linens. The colors from the one side is red and multicolor (blue green with vintage printed “faces”) and an art piece design with a handmade lace as finishing at the back. The reverse side is white with a faint hand embroidered flowers design. You will button up the collar using the extra button holes on the cardigan.

The collar is in an overlapping sailor style with an art printed and hand embroidery details along it.

The reworked cardigan is preloved and its made from wool with V- neck collar closure, oversized knitted sleeves and a beautiful knit waistband. The design has a generous fit with 4 buttons closure in front ( plus 2 hidden buttons inside).

Fitolojio Workshop is an Amsterdam based web boutique with handmade, one-of-a-kind and ethical produced items. It was founded in 2020 by Katerina Michaloutsou. Fitolojio Workshop is about 'upcycled & reworked' clothing and curated vintage for bold and powerful women to celebrate their individual beauty.  The label was born out of the idea to create a sustainable wardrobe that is made to last, using items that people often overlook and think are no longer useful.

Ethically produced: The collections are designed and sewn in their own studio and one other workshop nearby. These studios are in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. The materials come from a Dutch webshop with woollen blankets and individual online sellers via, for example, Marktplaats and Noordgoed.

Environmentally Friendly: Fitolojio stands for upcycling old textiles into beautiful, unique new items. For example, jackets have been made from a sleeping bag from the 1970s and old woolen blankets are used.

Locally produced: All items are shipped from the studio in Amsterdam, the Netherlands.

Good cause: Fitolojio supports 'Because We Carry', an organization that supports refugees in camps on Lesvos, mainly mothers. It is a transparent organization of which we can confirm that every euro reaches their goal.
