Für ein Körperbad löse 100g des Badezusatzes in warmem Wasser (37°C) auf, so dass deinen Körper tief genug bedeckt ist. Für ein Fußbad löse 50g in 5 Litern warmem Wasser (37°C) auf, so dass die Füße bis zu den Knöcheln bedeckt sind. Dauer: 20 Minuten. Trocken tupfen, nicht duschen oder abspülen.
