LANIUS gebruikt TENCEL™ vezels van het Oostenrijkse bedrijf Lenzing, dat gespecialiseerd is in de milieuvriendelijke en grondstofbesparende productie van cellulosevezels. De grondstof voor de productie is hout uit duurzame bosbouw. Van botanische oorsprong, bijzonder duurzaam geproduceerd en comfortabel om te dragen.

Lanius is a brand founded in 1999 by Claudia Lanius with a clear vision to bring ecological materials and fair working conditions together to create beautiful feminine items. Lanius stands for LOVE FASHION / THINK ORGANIC / BE RESPONSIBLE and you can see that in their clothing.
Fair Trade: Lanius works only with facilities where they can guarantee fair production. They have a close relationship with all of them, and most of their suppliers are GOTS certified. They are very transparent and have a page dedicated to all their suppliers on their website, so you can see who made your clothing.
Environmentally Friendly: The clothes are made from GOTS certified organic cotton grown in an eco-friendly manner, organic and mulesing-free wool and ECONYL ® 100% regenerated nylon yarn made from recycled fishing nets. They also use other sustainable materials and have a page dedicated to all their materials on their website if you want to learn other eco-friendly materials.
Good Cause: On international women’s day Lanius donates 10% of all daily takings to the organization FEMNET.
