SURU STUDIOS is an urban fashion label based in Berlin with the aim of establishing sustainability in the fashion industry. The brand focuses on creating timeless, sustainable, high-quality basics made of 100% organic cotton. The styles are simple, oversized and above all unisex – because fashion is for everyone. That has no gender! Katharina and Kim developed SURU STUDIOS in 2021 in Berlin during the pandemic. From the beginning it was important for them to ensure a transparent and fair supply chain, and that is what they have reached now!

Ethically produced: All items are produced fairly in GOTS certified factories in Bangladesh. All employees have a working day of a maximum of 8 hours and a minimum of 1 day off. There are several trained employees on each floor who can take the necessary measures to safely evacuate all employees in the event of an emergency. A company doctor is available free of charge at all times, including to discuss non-work related problems. Several times a year, the management organizes a large picnic in which all employees participate.

Eco-friendly: the clothing is made of 100% organic cotton without a mix with synthetic material. All materials are Oeko-Tex certified, which indicates that they contain no harmful substances. The factory has its own water treatment plant.

Vegan: The items are vegan, except for the merino wool hat.
