Composition: 91% TENCEL™ LENZING™, 9% Polyester
TENCEL™ fibers, produced by LENZING™, are environmentally superior to conventional fabrics due to their sustainable sourcing from renewable wood, which is processed in a closed-loop system that recycles water and reuses the solvents. Moreover, TENCEL™ is biodegradable and compostable, allowing the fibers to return to nature without leaving a trace, in contrast to synthetic fabrics that may contribute to pollution and take decades to decompose.
Care Instructions:
- always use the hand wash program for the washing machine
- always wash at cold temperatures (maximum 30° C)
- always use mild liquid detergent without bleach
- do not overload the washing machine
- air dry only
- iron with steamer or steam function at medium temperature.

About the brand
The mission of the Berlin brand AYANI is to design sustainable and stylish workwear so that you can easily be well-dressed in the morning in only 5 minutes. This will give you more time for yourself and the things that really matter! In the design process, they carefully consider what a modern woman needs: flattering shapes, large pockets, vibrant colours and perfect lengths. Dresses that are pleasant to wear and that will become an essential part of your everyday wardrobe.
Fair trade: The clothes are fairly made in Armenia in a small sewing workshop in a small town. It provides employment for 7 women living in the area. Ayani visits them 3 times a year and spends weeks in the studio working on the prototypes with the ladies. The fabrics come from Izmir, Turkey.
Environmentally friendly: Ayani works with the sustainable fabrics Ecovero™ Viscose and recycled polyester. Ayani visits this manufacturer once a year to see the new fabrics. This manufacturer supplies fabrics to various sustainable brands in Europe.
Good cause: A portion of the profit from every purchase is donated to NGOs that protect the environment and fight poverty in Armenia.
